We are going back to Secret Church hosted by The Church at Brook Hills on April 30th. What is Secret Church? It is an intense time of Bible study (6 hours – from 6pm t0 midnight) focused on a particular theme. The theme this spring is “The Gospel, Possessions and Prosperity.” (I’m pumped about this topic!).

Secret Church is also a reminder that all over the world Christians are forced to gather secretly to study the Word because of persecution. The format of the event is similar to how believers in other parts of the globe gather to read the Bible and to worship Christ with other Christians.

Needless to say, this event is worthwhile, which is why we are going.  We are purchasing tickets to the event and providing transportation for anyone interested. We are planning on spending the night in Birmingham after it is over, and then on Saturday we will wake up, go to the Summit for a couple of hours, eat lunch and then head home. The cost of the trip is $30. This will cover your ticket to Secret Church, your transportation to and from Birmingham, and your hotel room.  You will also need to bring money for food (dinner on Friday and two meals Saturday).
